Where do i get Seals of the mountain ?

On the webpage it says " Seal of the Mountain can be found throughout all of Undermountain"
Well i'm already at the green Dragon with a Sword on his head giving me quests, and i still have no idea where to get those seals, so clearly its not " all throughout Undermountain "
Can someone tell me where to get those? I need that Spy gear, Thanks a lot
