    still stuck on 13/16, i found all of them except last one in the office.

    The office is on the shelf to the left as you enter. It is invisible. You have to stand there for a few seconds.

    got it, 2 missing orbs was back in twisted cavern, i did went there, seem i forgot to tag it. thanks.

    I also got stuck and the one i was missing was in the Yawning Portal. There's also one of them on Stardock, but it seems that doesn't count for all the 16.
