The set bonus for Enchanted Thumb Set (Staff of Flowers etc) for using s daily power has 2 bugs;
1) Either it’s VFX does not always trigger, or it itself does not always trigger.
2) CC from monsters randomly ignores its CC immunity. Eg same monster type in different locations will sometimes not affect you and sometimes will affect you. (Even if you can see the AoE).
