Invisible alchemist during the quest "control gem" in Twisted Caverns

Help for this quest "Control gem" dropped in Twisted Caverns. The character has to give back the gem to the alchemist (the slaad alchemist). BUT the alchemist is always invisible. I have a character standing there, at the spawn point of the alchemist, for weeks... but no alchemist at all... I think I cannot end the simple quest... AND I CANNOT get the title it gives. Please, this is a heartfelt appeal to the GMs...give a look here !

I have done the quest before finishing Campaign... this should to be possible also after finished Campaign.
