AoE Powers and Artifacts stopped working

Title says it. A few days ago, all of my AoE powers and artifacts suddenly stopped working.
Example: Split the Sky. Press key, cursor goes away, but no target circle appears. Press key again, cursor returns, effect is not activated.
Example: Shard of Orcus Wand. Same behavior.
Single-target powers seem to still work.
Filed a bug report, but received no word back from Cryptic.
