Item Refinment for Orb of the Mighty from Rank 59 to 60 Preview Shows No Changes to Base Stats

The Item Level does not increase and none of the base stats do either. The only numbers shown to increase are the Rank numbers from 59 to 60. All other numbers are shown as equivalent except for at the bottom where it shows a decrease in Critical Strike in two separate rows that are far greater than the item should be buffing in the first place. The combined total on the Orb as it is now, enchantments included, should not be more than 3005 Critical Strike. Instead of buffing this number by moderately increasing the base state shown at 725 for Critical Strike, it claims to be decreasing my Critical Strike by a total of 29,000.

In addition to the Orb of the Mighty I have redeemed three of the Call to Arms mighty weapons on other characters; a Pact Blade of the Mighty, a Greatsword of the Mighty, and a Longbow of the Mighty. I have checked my screenshot folder for Neverwinter. I can provide pictures of the stats for these weapons pre-mod 16 for reference in addition to providing screenshots of how they look during refining currently. If they are requested.

I thought that might be the case. I did not have any item refined close enough to compare on any of my alts. I have screens of the four call to arms weapons I got pre-patch and the base stats are different. But, posting those would be a different topic for another thread.
