What happened with my crit?

Yesterday before patch my crit rating was around 63k today when I log in my rating is 53k? Seems I lost 10k critrating overnight? And yes I am in PE and same numbers in Yawning Portal. I have checked summoned companion, mount bonus, I even changed my boons as I had taken the crit boon and was way over the cap....
