Is anyone else's feat that affects earthshaker daily where if then provides a free cast of shockwave not working? And yeah the seethe bar is totally full when I'm casting it.

Did not worked on ptr and does not work on live, at least the feat above it, which gives Moe Down 2000 magnitude after commander strike is the one i will use anywy.
