UNABLE TO CLAIM REWARDS FROM HEROIC ENCOUNTERS...

After clicking CLAIM REWARD it says you already have all the items in the package and the NOTIFICATION OF CLAIM REWARD still remains which stops me from collecting other rewards from HEROIC ENCOUNTERS in any zone.
Please Fix It ASAP

They know but they're not stating so anywhere in any "known issues". No ETA on when it'll be fixed, and they're closing tickets concerning this bug. Many of us have had this bug since mod 16 was released. I've had this bug for a long time, it sucks. Sorry. I hope for all our sakes they get around to fixing it sooner rather than later.
