Fighter breastplates of the successor

Both versions (filigreed and adorned) have identical stats and equip powers, is this a bug or WAI?

    No matter really - none is worth getting/using. Pretty much like entire set, and most of artefact sets.

    ME and spy guilds gear should do the trick - most have much better bonuses then this new dungeon HAMSTER set... imho
