Why using DX9 when

So was looking through the Folders for Neverwinter and found a possible issue, Seems they are still using Direct X 9 or 9C, and have not gone to what other game makers have Direct X 10 or even 11, and anyone running Windows 10 have only Open GL no real Direct 3D 12 like its claimed to. Diect X 11 is in Windows 7 even 8, and why haven't you updated to Direct 3D 11 and make it a Option on Install as some may only have Direct 3D 9 Video cards still. Maybe this is why the Game can't seem to stay right.

I guess that is where your problem. I believe Neverwinter does not support DirectX 9 for over 2 years now. If DirectX 9 is still a choice of the Neverwinter set up, turn that off.

Huh what if they are STILL using it they need to make the adjustments not us. Direct X 9C has been long in the tooth for some time now, If many games still use it then must be one thing, they are not privy to how to make Direct X 10 11 and if it actually exists 12 (really is no Dierct X 12 in the claims since I had 10 for 6 weeks and it crashed games utilities programs and everything regularly many BSODs and not because of my Hardware but how the PS is programmed and its made to use Open GL not Direct X. Think of Linux and how it usess Open GL no Direct X and then you can understand why Windows 10 uses it, and not direct X as Windows 10 is more linux than it should be and not enough of what Windows is any more. ITs not me that needs to make changes itss the programmers that do, to update to 10 or 11.

What I was trying to point out is: somehow in your system, the game is using DX9 when the game is not using DX9 for the rest of us for years as if I recall correctly, they made a post saying DX9 would not be supported anymore because they upgraded the software to use something newer.

Do you see anybody else come into your threads and pointed out they have the same problem as yours? If it is a common issue, you would see many saying the same thing as yours.
