No groups in the second section, cannot progress through the dungeon.

    This is a well-known bug that has not been fixed since not long after Chult was released. Most people, when they encounter this bug, use defeatme, or abandon and retake quest. It is not right, but it is what we have to do to work around the bugs. If that doesnt work, then the bug has gotten even worse.
