I have made all required +1 items. The quest line says to deliver them to the artisan. The artisan has the yellow question mark. When I press (F) to interact, the complete quest line is there highlighted. But when I click it, it goes grey and I do not receive the reward or get a new quest. I have asked others in my guild but have not found anyone else who has this issue. I contacted customer support. They had me to completely log off and then back in (didn't work). They had me to drop the quest and try it again (didn't work).
