having guild issues

(ps4) when I log on to character and try to do anything in my guild. whether it be that I try to change structure target or just to look at roster. The game then crashes and boots me back to main menu. it shows that there is an error within application. I have contacted support and they have no clue what issue is. I have deleted cache and reinstalled, had no change. I promoted another member and it does it to them as well.
