Challenge campaign - Barovia

The challenge campaign for Barovia says you can do major or minor heroic encounters. The minor encounters work but the major encounter (Yester Hill) does not give you credit upon completion of the encounter, or retrieval of the reward.
Also what is up with having 2 active Sybellas? When I turned 80 and was told to go see Sybella I went into the Vault and she did not want to speak about anything. Eventually I read where it said she was standing next to Knox. Well, not really next to him but close enough I guess. But why have 2 of the same NPC? They are not actually the same if they don't sync with each other, right? Even their stores have different items.
