(BUG) Chapter 6: Tattered Maps

When I enter the instance my toon is scaled down to level 70 (as it is a level 70 quest) but the mobs are level 80 (my unscaled level) and unhittable/unkillable.

I've tried to run this several times now, every time with the same result.

And Defending the sword coast being scaled down to 60 and mobs are lvl 68 (which would be higher but only playing a lvl 67)
