[BUG] Cant fishing in Sea of Moving Ice

I do not find a post about this, but during the Sea of Moving Ice quets i can't "gain action points" durante the fishing to complete "fishing".

For me, this have relation with the changes of AP gain, since the "catch fish daily" is consider a Daily.
