is the owlbear pup proc 10% chance to do a 50% damage of power on non critical hit working?
Been using this awhile now and never seen the proc go off at anytime? and I have power at 110k so I should be seeing the odd proc of 55k when in level 80 zones?

It doesn't work, tested myself, have the logs and put in act, never once proc'd. Posted a bug report here a couple days ago, don't think it got any attention.

I tested renegade evoker also, but just looked at the in-game logs and concluded it didn't work, I didn't bother to turn on combatlog and feed to act though. Xuna's player bonus does work, it's just not for very much damage, better off with 8k power or ca slotted there.
