Stronghold "Lakeside Woes" Broken

Not sure if this has been reported yet or not. The Small HE in strongholds called "Lakeside Woes" is not working properly. Both of the encounters respawn the NPC's after the supply crates are collected. Makes it almost impossible to complete with the respawns. The Strider Riders also have no Striders mounted. they are running around and squatting on the ground when they are about to charge. (This is actually pretty funny to watch).
