Time to lower Guild Costs

Hi Cryptic,
It's been awhile since the cost of upgrading a guild was lowered, and with the release of MOD16 which makes guild boons even less useful I think its about time the costs for all structures got halved, especially now that you've made it harder to farm stronghold stuff.
You could say, it's time to scale down the costs, since Scaling seems to be the "in" term at the moment.
