Loamweave R13 in R14 armor enchant pack.. DO NOT SELECT THIS ENCHANT.

Was told by support to make a bug report so here it is.
Not sure why the Loamweave is at r13 when apparently YOU CAN upgrade it to r14. I wasn't aware of this and thought maybe that was as high as it went since I'm completely unfamiliar with loamweave. I received a R13 enchant from a R14 enchant pack. Now i can only reclaim R13 armor enchant pack with it. It effectively screwed me out of 15 MoP 6s, 6 rank 6 enchanting stones, 60k refinement points and a coal ward.
