What happens to my race reroll?

in Peer to Peer Tech Forum
I got the Dragonborn awhile back, and it gives a race reroll.
I can't use it now.

Help? o.o;;

    You can only use it when you login and before you get into a character.
    So, logout, all the way out and not in switch character screen.
    login. You can use you reroll now.
