Bug: Some Damage Over Time effects not applying correctly (e.g. Grung's Instincts)

I recall a bug on Preview with Warlock's Creeping Death not working correctly. I haven't properly tested it since Live, but I'm noticing that Grung's companion power, "Grung's Instincts", fails to activate if the target continues to take damage from at least some other sources. Sounds very much like Preview shenanigans.

    Bump and addendum:

    The Death Slaad's power, Poisonous Intent, is also suffering from this bug.

    These could be Warlock-specific bugs, as my friend on TR is not reporting the same issue.

    Im on PS4 and as of this post the bug is still present.
