Any way to restart "Collecting the Past" Quest

I know it's like the first quest line, but I never did it and I wouldn't mind seeing if I can add on another Bag of Holding for the completion of the campaign. I went to Sergeant Creed but he has no quests to offer me. No one else has a relevant quest either.
