On the Dreadnought path, Shield Slam is not slottable (at least, not with Prepared Slam chosen)
It cannot be dragged from the list to your bar, right clicking on it does not provide an assignment menu for it, and left clicking on it describes it as a feat that can be taken.
EDIT: upon reaching 74, it became evident that Onslaught is affected by the same problem
