Beuenor Battlehammer quests are bugged

I went to do some quest yesterday that I had from the maze engine and when I try to rescue sky pirates or try to do any either quest I had from Bruenor Battlehammer that none of the quest I have picked up can't be completed for how the cults and demons can't be touched for being level 80 instead of level 70

Even more important: You have to do 5 quests from Bruenor/Maze Engine for the current weekly challenge. I had to rescue some people from a Drow camp. The Drows were at level 81 and I was scaled down to 60, which didn't work out well. I kept getting this quest after cancelling it. Weekly challenge failed, thanks to scaling.
