Redemption Companion Power bugged

There's something up with this power - it appears to be working with the wrong HP totals. Power text says it will proc to heal 4% of HP.
Tested in a Stronghold, with an Augment companion summoned. My total HP, approx 330K. When Redemption procs, the log reports a heal of just over 700HP, which isn't 4% of 330K. However it IS about 4% of the companion's HP (around 20K).
Changed to a Chultan Tiger, which has 640K HP. When it procs now, it heals me for 26K, and the Tiger for 13K - both these figures seem to be crossed over - I am being healed for 4% of the Tiger's HP, and the Tiger by 4% of my HP.
This may be WAI, but if so, the text is wrong. It also makes the power useless with Augments which (a) have very little HP to base the 4% from and (b) can't benefit from any healing from my total.

"Your Redemption gives 61 (58) Hit Points to you...(327,575 hp X .04[4%]) / 15[seconds] is 873.5..not 58..it would seem they are double dividing by 15.. 873.5 / 15 = 58.23 So essentially it is .27% of max hp over 15 seconds instead of 4%"
