Returning player

I took a few months break that started right before mod 15. Just came back and see lots of changes. I was a psop i gave all my stuff away so im regearing. Whats recommended enchantment wise did anything change? Im sitting at 14k il without a guild atm. All campains done except the newest one i havent even started. i never did professions should i start? All advise welcome and appreciated. I also have a hunter ranger but no leg mount on him.
