In undermountain I have ran the barkeeps quest and the spider quest. But cannot figure out where to go next, or what to do next. I am level 73 with 14300 ilevel.

Check your Campaign for Undermountain... they get completed pretty quick and you cannot advance until you go into the Campaign Screen and complete.
