Impossible to switch configuration

Hello, Since yesterday I am stuck on the second configuration of my main character. Actions taken:
1- Disconnection then reconnection: it does not change anything.
2- Getting naked character, companion and insignia mounts: it does not change anything.
3- Zone change: it does not change anything.
4- Quit the game and forced checking of files: it does not change anything.
5- Waiting for the patch of this night: it does not change anything.
I do not have this problem with the other characters in the account.
