When I select a level range on the left and then scroll down to select an option in the list, when I click on the option it resets the scroll of the list to the top again and does not select the option I clicked on. So then one must scroll down the list a 2nd time and click again to select an option.

I presume you are referring to the interface that results from selecting the Dispatching Board. The problem is that the column of resources does not have focus when the tool displays. The first click on the panel establishes focus, the second selects the resource from the list. Extremely annoying for everyone, but a function of the tools chosen to create the interface.

Similar behavior occurs when the Workbench is opened the first time during the professions tutorial. The entire tutorial of green 'click here' boxes can be gone through without any text appearing on the brown background pane because it does not have focus....

Welcome to Mod15 professions ... at least you can open the delivery box now :-)

yes; a work around is to click first in the box and then scroll down
this shouldn't be a problem
