As I reported on preview, previously unlocked artifact modifications must be unlocked... again. This is essentially forcing everyone to pay up to double in Cubes of Augmentation to unlock the desired stats on their artifact weapons. Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, each weapon seems to have a preset amount of stats that may be unlocked. Perhaps it coincides with how many stats were unlocked in mod 15, perhaps not. I have no way of testing this now.
Expected behavior: I roll up to 10 times to unlock the health bonus artifact modification on my artifact offhand.
Observed behavior: I can only unlock 3 (this number varies by artifact) regardless of how many Cubes of Augmentation are in my inventory.
Expected Behavior: I roll up to 8 times to unlock an artifact modification like +2.5% Recharge Speed.
Observed Behavior: I cannot roll this modification at all, regardless of how many Cubes of Augmentation are in my inventory.
