Permanent buffs need an option to be shown

After latest update longer duration buffs are hidden in a hard to reach menu:
"HUD
Buffs and debuffs should now be more readable at a glance. Long-term buffs or ones that shouldn't change over the course of combat are now compacted into a specific menu."
I activated 3 times a potion because thought that it's not activated yet because lag or something. Yes, I can find it by pressing Alt and then clicking on that buff UI, and scrolling down on that, and reading everything and so on; but I still can't see when I need to activate it again.
Please give us the option to show all buffs. No, isn't "more readable at a glance" now, instead it is hidden in a menu that I can't see during a fight.
Also the icons are very bad, I don't understand 99% of all, the enemies need a more clear & 2x larger debuff icons as well, and the option to be shown just my debuffs (if I'm in a party).
