Artifact Weapon modifications

There seems to be a problem re-unlocking the new Artifact Modifications. For my old grimore I could only unlock 2 random stat enhancements, then no more after that. Couldn't unlock anything on my primary. Saw similar stuff in preview and assumed it was just something with preview.

    is it possible they didn't change the modifications to the "new" ones? If the old modifications are in there still, they would be obsolete, essentially making them there in writing but not there for using, if this is the case, it's something that needs to be fixed

    unlikely. yes the modifications that were set before patch hadn't changed. But the new ones weren't unlocked (even though I had unlocked many or most on my off-hand). And I could only unlock a couple of them.
