How do you turn off the "POWERS" flashing light?

So after logging in and going through a reworking of my characters powers and skill. I noticed that the flashing "POWERS" icon is still telling me that I have points to spend. Going through the points, it looks to be all spent. This happened on the test server as well, but I never received word about it, and now since M-16 is live what I'm I missing on "POWERS" that keeps the light on?

    I have the same problem. I spent the 10 PowerPoint item because I couldnt trade forma 400k AD. Maybe is because if that. Now I don have the PowerPoints, nor the ADs and my power item is glowing
