This insignia bonus no longer stacks. I have 3 Artificer's Persuasion equipped.
Expected behavior: Upon artifact use, cooldowns are reduced 2 seconds for the initial insignia bonus and .5 seconds for each additional insignia bonus for a total of 3 second cooldown reduction on artifact use.
Observed behavior: Cooldowns are reduced by 2 seconds regardless of how many Artificer's Persuasion insignia bonuses are equipped.
