What makes no sense to me...

In combat if a tr hits you from tab stealth, you can see them and fight back.

However if shadowclad or ring of vanishing presence proc, any class can go stealth and attack you while remaining invisible unable to be targeted or attacked.

What's up with that?

I hate paying taxes! Why must I pay thousands of dollars in taxes when everything I buy is taxed anyways!

    Well whats up with that, is that in the past the rogues could go 100% stealthed and pop out and kill another player in pvp before they had a chance to react. Players cried and complained about it so they nerffed it, and then nerffed stealth again, and then nerffed stealth again, and then one more time for good measure.

    However the item that you speak of was never nerfed.

    Basically long story short, the Rogue is on top of the list for most nerfs. It is a mere shadow of its former glory.

    Rest in peace all Rogues..

    And yet another example of PVP bolt-on ruining yet another MMO. So what if a TR could stealth 24/7, big deal, they are a one shot wonder and stealth was bout their only defense. In solo and group it made no difference to anyone, they were typically not top DPS due to lack of mob offense, they did not heal others, they were killable by EOF, etc. They had their balance.... other then PVP.

    Its the same with the pally. Who cared if they were immortal, they were the tank and/or healer, you wanted them to stand in the eye of the storm while others kited around. But, again, PVP opponents could not kill them and screamed how "unfair" it was so now they are a bleeding mess begging for healing. Pathetic.

    Want to make the biggest improvement to Neverwinter? Dump PVP.

    PVP is way more fun than the PVE content. The problem isn't people complaining about class imbalance in PVP, it's the developer's inability (for whatever reason) to separate PVE stuff from PVP and vice versa. As a matter of fact, they attempted this with TR's stealth, but that's just a one off. Also, PVE gear imho, should not be wearable/equipable in PVP, that would have taken care of a lot of problems from the start like Mane, Curse Bringer, etc, etc, etc... But that's a discussion on another thread already.

    Also, you could make a suggestion in PVP forums to fix this issue with other forms of stealth like shadowclad, and rings to be like TR's stealth. That might actually be a good thing for PVP.
