Unclaimable twitch rewards

I finally got Twitch Prime but the neverwinter twitch reward is unclaimable. Every time you try to claim it you get an HTTP 404 error so you get nothing.

Hope this gets solved fast because the rewards expire tomorrow :(

    but there isn't any reward for the current or the next month showing...

    So, is that the end of the Neverwinter and Twitch Prime promotion?
