BUG: Caverns of Karrundax

Final fight against dragon, you face 2 wyrmlings. kill them and they respawn in an endless cycle. What should happen is you face the wyrmlings, defeat them and you face Karrundax but it never happens. After about 50 kills, i had to abandon.
