Make rerolls tokens available for purchase in Zen market

...Without tying them to adventurer packs with a bunch of other semi-useless stuff, that is. The only other way to get them is through Howling Adventure packs *prices may vary by location, and by buying old epic dungeon keys. Speaking of which, does anyone know where I can trade in these old keys? The only info I could find is that there's a vendor somewhere in PE, and I can't find the vendor anywhere. Help!
