In Artifact Recovery, after completing the dungeon in Blackdagger Ruins you are told to report to the sage shop in Protectors Enclave. Returning to Protectors Enclave, the quest path leads you to the sage shop but the quest lists Go To Blackdagger Ruins as your destination.
