Scammed when buying stronghold GH20

So i was looking for buying a guild gh20 and didn't really know how much it would cost me but one guy with the gamertag (removed) offered me his GH20 for 4 unparalleled enchants due to leaving the game.
We both went to his guild and i gave him 2 unparalleled weapon enchantments ( Unp.Feytouched & Prominence and 2 unparalleled armor enchantments ( Unp.Negation & Eclips ). After giving him the item via trade, he kicked me out the stronghold.
I feel so stupid but i recorded and contacted the gamemaster but sadly there was nothing they could do.
I did some research and found out that this guy is running with multiple accounts/gamertags scamming players.
Not sure if i am allowed to add his gamertags so mods please delete if it's against tos.
