+5 Ring of Brutality Cant Be Refined

in Bug Reports (PC)
Picked it up as a reward yesterday and noticed I can't convert it to refinement points.

As you can see when I right click on the ring there is no option to convert it to refinement points.

    None of the +5 rings convert. Do make a wonderful addition to guild marks, though, when you feed them to the mimic.

    You can't refine almost all epic and legendary equip, so you only have the option to sell or donate to the guild for marks
