can we not see a improvement in 2x seals

is there a reason why where still not seeing a improvement in he seals a after 2x seals day cause after going to barovia i noticed how i was getting 40 but when i went anywhere else i got 20 so why couldn't they not have given river district at least 30 while the either ones got 25 cause after asking for this one to come back that i found i was wrong so why do they have to make this event so lame if you cant get gear from it

    Stronghold event. Can be triggered every 2 hours if you guild/alliance do that.

    i see i only gave up on the event and moved on after i wasn't having any fun running around why i decided to wait on mod16 since i heard its was coming with free gear
