    Find the Bounty Master in whatever zone you're in. He's just like any other vendor, except he only takes the bounties for that zone.
    I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.

    how is that suppose to help me, that told me something I knew how does he take the bountys

    You spend the bounties in his shop. Same as you purchase at other vendors.
