M16 Request: weapon upgrade options

I know that m16 is coming out with new weapons at lvl 80 but can we get an upgrade option to make our current lvl 70 weapons upgraded to lvl 80 ? This is important to the MW crowd as they spent TONS of currency and time on making their weapons and as far as i see no lvl 80 weapon set has the MW bonus powers.

While i'm on the subject, if possible, please make the ancient sets like twisted and the EE sets viable as well with this upgrade. Variety is what makes this game fun.
