BUG - triple stat enchantment pack & black ice enchantments

You cannot exchange black ice rank 14s for the equivalent enchantment packs at the PE vendor. I do not know whether this is limited to r14s or all black ice enchantments. Similarly, there are 4 choices from the enchantment pack - gigantic, demonic, draconic & assassin's - however the black ice r14s that I have are offering power, crit & accuracy
