New artifact for Day of the Dungeon Master?

It seems that there is a new artifact listed in Respen's store, 'The Deck of a Few Things'. This sort of has me scratching my head since there is no mention of it ANYWHERE! So maybe you could help me (and every other player on xbox) out. What is it? Where do I get it? NOW do I get it? and if it isn't available yet why even list it in the store?!?!

I got it today out of the chest via the cache of treasures, just trying to figure out where to get the cards.
