During the fight with Nostura at the end of SCM, the log says, "[Combat (Self)] Nostura of the Stone Eye deals 23718 (29000) Physical Damage to you with Planar Prominence." Actual damage received is more than 163k. One-shot mechanics are still very much in play here, as with much of the other content.
