Tenebrous 15 bugged

I have got some tenebrous on my paladin that i have played for a long time even if they are not especially effective. Despite the fact that there have no more possibility to get some HP from pet, i wanted to test it and upgrade it to 15 but it never activated. I got the tooltip but never appeared in my damage. So not implemented or buggy ?
